The Canyon Rim Visitors center at New River Gorge National Park offers stunning views of the New River Gorge Bridge. Visitors can explore the area’s history, obtain park maps and merchandise, and seek assistance from knowledgeable park rangers. A short walk from the center leads to a breathtaking viewpoint. Don’t miss this impressive human-made sight.

The final big trip of the Summer of 2024 brought me to West Virginia to visit New River Gorge National Park. The Endless Wall hike, about 3 miles long, offers stunning views, well-maintained trails, and large overlooks. A must for a day trip in New River, despite parking and mud. Low difficulty, high reward.
