
I went on a sunrise hike at Fair Hill Natural Resource Area, feeling less motivated in the cold without my usual hiking buddy. The Green Trail featured scenic ruins and natural beauty, while the “Stupid Hill Trail” lived up to its name with a challenging elevation. Overall, a peaceful and worthwhile hike with moderate difficulty.

The hike at Elk Neck State Park’s White Banks trail proved challenging, with a 6-mile uphill trek and 3,000 feet of elevation gain. Despite well-marked trails, recent storms caused some obstruction.
